Patrick works as a Staff Engineer for Water Resources Engineering, Inc. in San Francisco. Patrick has worked on design and planning projects for water systems around the bay area.

He has been an active member of YMF, serving as Co-Secretary and Vice President for the past two years. He has been actively involved in many facets of the San Francisco YMF Chapter, including sitting on the committee for the Golf Tournament, planning the Tour, Tailgate and Ballgame at AT&T Park in June, and attending the Fly-in to Sacramento to discuss infrastructure issues with California State Senators and Assemblypersons.

Patrick is a 2009 graduate of San Jose Stateand was involved in ASCE while at school.

YMF VICE PRESIDENT - JONATHAN MARSHALL, P.E.

Jon works for the Contra Costa Water District designing the water system infrastructure.

He has been an ASCE member since 2005 and actively involved in YMF since 2009.  Over the past several years Jon has planned numerous YMF events including Professional Development for young engineers, various after work social networking events, volunteer events such as Rebuilding Together Oakland, and the YMF softball tournament.

Jon is a graduate of Cal Poly San Louis Opisbo.

YMF SECRETARY - TIM LE

Tim has been a member of ASCE Since 2005. He has worked for Parsons Brinckerhoff and Thornton Tomasetti as a staff engineer. He is a lecturer at San Francisco State University in Wood Design and is interested in drawing interest to ASCE’s YMF.

YMF TREASURER - ADRIAN GOTUACO

Adrian is a structural engineer at URS in Oakland and has worked on many hght profile projects like the new Calaveras Dam design.

He has been an active member of YMF serving as treasurer for the past two years.  He was a YMF Committee  member in 2009 and also part of the 2009 Western Regional Younger Member Conference planning committee.  Prior to being active in YMF, he served as ASCE Student Chapter President at San Francisco State University in 2007.

Adrian is a graduate of San Francisco State University. 

YMF HISTORIAN - PATRICK CARTER

Patrick has worked as a Staff Engineer for WSP Environment and Energy in San Jose since 2010. At WSP Patrick has worked on a variety of soil and groundwater remediation projects. 

Patrick graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science (2007) and a master’s degree in civil engineering (2009).

Lindsay is a transportation engineer at RBF Consulting and has worked on a number of various projects ranging from local street rehab to freeway reconstruction.  She is new to the Bay Area and excited to be involved with the San Francisco Section YMF.

Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Mike has been actively involved with ASCE and YMF since 2003.  He joined the organizations while attending San Diego State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2004.
